Charles Farrington comes from a family rooted in the Bahamas for many generations and with a background in Bahamian politics. Though he has a great love of all things Bahamian – music, food, culture – his passion is the flora and fauna. He is an avid gardener who has transformed his backyard garden into a sanctuary of plant life, which attracts indigenous birds and beasts. His cheerful “can do” attitude and perennial smile is a good example for everyone. Before his retirement, Mr Farrington was involved in the tourism industry for many years.
