Dr. Davidson Hepburn has lived a life dedicated to public service and diplomacy. Born in 1932, he went from the shores of Cat Island to representing 193 countries on the international front as the president of the 35th Session of the General Conference of the United Nations Education Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) – a victory not only for himself, but for The Bahamas and Caribbean region.
In 2015 he published a book of memoirs, titled with his usual response when asked how he is doing – “Terribly Well”.
