Born 1956, Philip Burrows has been steadfast in his commitment to the cultural development of this nation. He is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center.
Philip has been involved in more than a hundred productions either as director or actor. He has brought a number of original works to the local stage and has been instrumental in exposing Bahamians to the theater and the opportunities that this artistic form offers.
