Entrepreneur, Philanthropist
Sebastian is a serial entrepreneur who started making waves at a young age with his first electronics company at the age of 19. Since then he has founded and launched over 20 companies, conglomerates, and brands that have become household names in The Bahamas. His various ventures span multiple sectors, including gaming, real estate, construction, and technology.
He was successful in the satellite dish business in the 90s, being at the forefront of the growth phase of that business with his annual sales peaking at over $2 million.
Mr. Bastian was also the largest distributor of phone cards at its peak in The Bahamas. He was able to maximize revenue and profits, generating annual sales of around $12 million
His next and enduring venture was entry into the gaming industry by forming Island Luck in 2009, his most popularized venture to date. With a customer base of over 40,000 Island Luck has grown momentum and maintained its popularity through the years.
He also started an IT enterprise that owns gaming software that services Island Luck and other gaming operators. A radio and television studio has recently been added to his diverse portfolio of holdings under Island Luck Studios.
Mr. Bastian is also the founder of IL Cares and the Own Foundation which are instrumental in the promotion and funding of local aspiring entrepreneurs and giving back to The Bahamian community.
