Alanna Rodgers is a Bahamian social entrepreneur.
She is a graduate of St. Andrews International School, Rice University, University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, and University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
She is the founder of Hands for Hunger, a non-profit humanitarian organisation committed to the elimination of unnecessary hunger and food waste.
Ms. Rodgers is also the founder and Chief Culinary Ambassador of Tru Bahamian Food Tours, a culinary walking tour that connects visitors of the Bahamas with authentic local food items, stories, and traditions.
Through a transformative vision for the Bahamas, Ms. Rodgers has helped the country rethink philanthropy, corporate citizenship, and the role of the social sector in national development.
